This song was written around 2015 originally and recorded with my mentor , Neal Isaac Bell. During the pandemic Neal passed. He was the first to allow me to record in a studio. So we wanted to do a few songs with the full band on the recording and this is one of the songs. It's a remake of a smooth jazz tune I wrote called "Chillz". We recorded everything at the Golden Strip School of music in Greenville SC right behind Wingstop on Woodruff Road. Joel is amazing at pulling out the best in me when it comes to producing music. I can't say enough about the electric guitar played by Kevin Kennedy. Carlton Jamison sets the groove so nice. And Fleetwood finishes with a smooth and groovin bass. Sit back relax and enjoy this one.
